I waxed religiously before I moved across the country and went back to shaving for a long time due to cost and time. I was finally over it, and booked with Urban Waxx. Janelle was so patient with my nervous babbling, had a wonderful conversation even when I overshared a ton, and she did an incredible job on my wax.
