I have been seeing Stephanie for a handful of years now and I absolutely adore her as an individual but also how easy she makes the waxing experience going in. I go for Brazilian waxes and she is fast, efficient, and notices every detail to perfection. Honestly the best and I recommend 100000%.

I had the pleasure of seeing Janelle and Alex for my appointments. Both made my experience seamless, or shall I say smooth-YES! My initial appointment at a completely different salon was last minute canceled and I think it may have been a blessing in disguise! These gals were a delight and I wish I lived in the area to come back and see them! So happy with my experience.

Urban Waxx always provides fantastic, effective, super-professional service. I'm such a fan. Waxing can be such a vulnerable process, with high potential for physical and emotional discomfort. Staff at Urban Waxx always make me feel completely at ease. I love the welcoming waiting area and I'm always offered a beverage (I should really budget time for that next time!). Totally recommend.
