UFP saved the day in what was a serious emergent need. I had a huge ceder fall on the house during the most recent storm - 2:30am - took off the front porch clean, blasted out the windows, truly a terrifying event. I gave UFP a call first thing that morning and they had the tree removed and cut into rounds within 24hrs (in a freezing blizzard). I can't thank them enough for answering my call to action. In fact I've already signed the quote for additional tree removals on my same property for piece of mind. There was no question who I was going to use. Thanks UFP!!

I have used Urban Forest Pro for years.The entire process from my initial call to get an estimate to settling the balance went very well. Her customer service skill is impressive, and she did an excellent job explaining the value of her service as it pertains to a real estate transaction.
