Hayden and his teammate were on-time, efficient, friendly, and finished installing my furnace in half the time that was originally estimated. Professional, approachable, and made sure all my questions were answered. Janice in the office was a helpful point of contact as well, leading up to the appointment. This company has been very easy to work with and had all around great communication.
I have been using 3 Rivers for many years now. They are easy to communicate with and show up on time as promised. I especially appreciate that they give me a heads up on parts that need to be replaced in the next year so I can plan on budgeting for those repairs. I would much rather replace an igniter this year than deal with a no heat situation next year!
