I was honestly a little nervous about prenatal massage at first because I’m used to really deep pressure like sports and Thai massage. I even saw a few different prenatal massage therapists early on to see what would work for me, and none of them came close to Sadie. I'm very grateful to have come across Sara. She is an insightful and talented practitioner who I've seen both for myself and my teenage daughter. I suffer from migraines for over a decade and she has been able to provide relief and supplements that have reduced their frequency and most importantly, their pain intensity about 75%. Upon seeing my results, I've taken my daughter to her for digestive and eczema issues. We've also made great progress. Sara approached the situation with calmness and grace-- She took time to hear out my teenager and provide herbs that have helped her skin and gut. We feel very lucky to have found her.
This clinic is awesome. I have worked with both Alison and Sara and they are both wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone, especially if western medicine has failed you as it has me. I can't speak more highly of this clinic and the people that practice there!!
