We took our daughter here for a trial class today, and it was fantastic! Master Lee was great with the kids. He kept them engaged with fun activities while also implementing proper form and values. He made us all feel welcome, and we decided this was the right place for our daughter.

In 1.5 years my son has gained skills, discipline, and respect and we will be forever grateful to Master Lee. Thank you for being such a positive influence in my son's life. Master Lee's program goes far beyond just Taekwondo and has improved nearly every aspect of my son's life. Looking forward to the lessons to come! It's the largest taekwondo gym in Portland.It's a such a nice place to even do a basic run in rainy Oregon.

Sunrise TaeKwonDo changed my 9-year old son's life. His confidence has increased dramatically because of Master Lee's attention and guidance. It used to be that my son had a hard time being friends with other boys because he felt easily intimidated by any overly physical or aggressive energy. 15 months later, he's built new friendships with the very boys he used to shy away from.
