Simi showed up for me during the heatwave even though it was the weekend and he’d already had a full day. He was very informative and ethical. He really knew what he was doing and was so pleasant to work with. I will definitely call Sunnyside again!

I got home to a warm house and a non-functioning thermostat around 4pm on a Friday. I called about 5 places, but Sunnyside was the only one who could make it within 24 hours. It turns out my house was on the way back to the shop for one of the technicians, Simi. He ended his day by fixing my furnace, replacing a condensation pump and a control board. He tested the furnace and even traced a drainage tube out to make sure it was functioning. It wasn’t, and because he heard the new pump struggling he knew there had to be an additional thing wrong. This was by far, the best repair experience. Simi is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, and an excellent communicator. His prices are fair and it's evident he takes great pride in his work. Simply outstanding service - thank you Simi!
