We had a new central air and heat unit installed a few weeks ago. Yesterday the cooling function wasn’t working right so I called Sun Glow to see if a technician could come help fix the problem. Erik was a great technician! Very thorough, great communication and arrived within a few hours of calling. He did amazing work and within an hour he had it up and running and even stayed a bit longer to run both heat and air to make sure it was all running properly! Great job to Erik and Sun Glow for great customer service and coming to our rescue same day! Thank you so much!
