The wait times are very low, scheduling is easy, and the staff are responsive. My doctor is very understanding and supportive, even if I'm not the best patient sometimes. They listen to me and take my concerns seriously and are able to answer very truthfully. I've felt more comfortable at this facility than I have ever have before.
The level of care that we have received at South Tabor has been excellent. At times it’s hard to get through and get an appointment quickly and occasionally you have to talk to a nurse regarding what your symptoms and issues are first. The clinic itself is very clean and well maintained, and the front and office staff are very happy to help, we have had great experiences. There are nine providers currently at the clinic and they are open six days a week.
This is the best primary care practice I have been a patient of in decades. They actually run on time for appointments, and the doctor doesn’t rush you when you’re in the exam room. I recently had an urgent issue and was able to get a next day appointment (not with my doctor but another one in the practice who was just as competent.) I actually hesitated to review them because I don’t want the secret getting out and causing appointments to become scarce. ? But they deserve the praise.
