    Horrible haircut there isn't no fade and pushed up hair,needs work because we asked for a mid fade and they just ignored the fact it was suppose to be a mid fade and went with a high fade with no fade

    This is my fourth time coming to this salon and every time I think to myself, "I'll give it another try." I am Latina and I love supporting local businesses run by individuals from the Hispanic community. Although, I kept coming back those other times, this weekend will be my last. I walked in, the owner said that they would be with me in a few minutes. There are five hair stylists in the salon at the time. One which I believe is the owner, who spoke to me. She stood there talking to the other stylists, on her phone, and flirting with the male costumers; all while I waited patiently. After 15 minutes of waiting she finally decides to call me to a seat. This really pushed my buttons, and I had to finally right a review because this business is not worth your money. I don't appreciate my hair stylist on her phone while working on my hair, I don't appreciate comments like, "you should think about not using store box hair products to dye your hair." I told her that I was trying to get my natural hair color back after years and years of getting my hair professionally done and neglecting to use hair treatments. I don't appreciate the annoyed tone of voice when telling her exactly what I want done. What ever happened to, "the costumer is always right?" It is unprofessional to sigh loudly under your breathe, I sensed such a negative energy. I understand that it must of have been a long busy day on a Saturday evening but that is no excuse to treat me like an undervalued costumer; that is giving you my time and money for you to give me a mediocre hair cut. Hard not to believe that maybe if I was a male costumer, that you could flirt with; things would have played out differently. On top of that I never understood your price range, they change every time for the same hair cut. I always get a trim of my split ends without a wash, just a regular 2-3 inches trim and prices have ranged from $15-$25. You don't even dry my hair, you'd probably charge me $10-$20 more for that service. I will be taking my business elsewhere and I will no longer recommend this salon.
