“We had a great experience working with this company. Our project was new siding replacing old plank siding and a point job. Estimate was very clear and we even asked for a new estimate to break out all optional charges before we moved forward. During the process we had a couple small issues/misunderstandings that were quickly cleared up and fixed to our satisfaction. That is bound to happen when dealing with a few point people that are all human. What was also nice about this experience was that it was done in a timely manner with no surprise hidden costs. My biggest fears when dealing with any project is big delays and paying much more then we agreed on so that was a big relief that it was not an issue. We would and have recommended them to others.“

“Kayed and his whole team were wonderful to work with. We added a master suite, another bedroom, moved windows and an interior hallway, approx. 500 sq. ft. As well as a new roof on the entire house. From the excavation to the final inspection the job went smoothly. We have been dreaming about this addition to our home since 2018 and to see it actually completed in 6 months is an amazing relief. We were not Evergreen's typical job, as we are doing all interior finishes ourselves. There were times they had to wait on us for the next step. They were flexible and communicative and we would recommend them highly to anyone.“

“Premier Painting gave us a bid on an interior repaint after a thorough walk-though, where we identified all of our wishes. The bid was entirely reasonable but a little bit beyond our budget. We discussed it with Matt and he helped us identify a few thing we could trim from the job scope that wouldn't compromise the finished project and would get us within budget. We accepted and they began work the next day.

They did outstanding work, it really came out looking nice. They were prompt and put in the extra hours necessary to get the job completed on time. They cleaned up thoroughly -- not a thing was left undone. It's hard to express how satisfied we were with their thoroughness and attention to detail.

“Couldn't be more happy with how everything went -- and we were very anxious about it, after experiencing other companies.

The first people we deal with when meeting Portland Roofing were the owners. They were informative, not at all pushy, and super efficient. It was great to discuss the work without it feeling like a car dealership. Pricing was very competitive and maintained the same materials, etc, as other bids.

The rest of the crew -- from the office staff to the folks on the roof itself -- were always polite and going above and beyond to make sure we were informed and involved in any decisions. When there were decisions, they responded super quickly and kept the project on track.

The on-site crew was always very mindful of the property itself as well as pets, including making sure gates were closed and secured at the end of the day. They took great care of our plants and yard ornaments too.

The results are fantastic; we have a roof again! And it's not moldy or water--damaged any more! The cleanup exceeded our expectations too.“

“Our house is from 1892. After a recent reroof, we needed to redo the chimney exteriors. Dream Plastering completed the job quickly and professionally. You could tell they were paying close attention to their work and the entire process (quoting, answering our numerous questions, setup, cleanup, etc.). We then had the opportunity to redo a room with lots of plaster cracks. The room wasn’t the normal box shape. It has a curved ceiling and numerous angles. This room went from one of the worst in the house to looking brand new. They roll with the inevitable issues that come with working on an older home. They obviously have mastered their craft, and the final result shows. Highly recommended.“

“Prior to hiring Northwest Renovation my front porch on my 1906 four-square was sagging due to its age and long-term water damage. Justin was the only company that provided me with a reasonable quotation to fix the problem areas with the porch. Two other companies suggested quoted for replacing the entire porch. I'm very happy with the quality and cost of his work. I will hire him again. I seldom give out 5 stars, but my porch looks great now thanks to them.“
