I’ve tried a lot of different places around Portland, but Rudy’s on Mississippi is definitely a standout. Belle gives a great men’s cut, and the best part is that I never even have to tell her how I want it to look, but I’m leaving looking fresh every time. She’s also super friendly, as is everybody else that I come into contact with, from the front desk to the other stylists. Overall great experience.

Rarely do I write reviews but this visit warrants one. I've been to Rudy's once, a different location (Alberta) my experience was fine. I usually cut my own hair but decided to try Rudy's again, this time on Mississippi and what an experience. Greeted warmly upon entering by Belle who was then also the person who cut my hair and give a scalp massage. I am very particular about my hair and no barber/stylist has ever gotten it 100% right until today. The haircut i received was flawless. The service was even better than the haircut and Belle was incredible. Incredible at what she does. Whatever she is being paid isn't enough and she should get a raise.... read full review

I love this place! Too bad they don't give you a beer while you wait, dang you COVID. I go to Panda every time. She is amazing, like many of the people who work there. I love the vibe, the music, and the comfort. That's my spot.
