I have used Rose Heating Co. twice and each experience has been amazing! Jim was our recent technican for a routine furnace and A/C maintenance visit. He was early, professional, and explained what he was doing as he went through the appointment. Replaced my furnace and did a GREAT job. Rented the house out and about 8 months later the sump went out (not their fault) and the ceiling started to leak. My tenants let me know ASAP but I was out of town. I called Rose on a Sunday. They immediately called me back and sent one of their guys straight over... on a Sunday, valentines day, in a major Portland ice storm! TEN STARS!
