I recently purchased a new Rav4 from Ron Tonkin Toyota, and I had a great experience with Roni.
There was a bit of a wait time between reserving the car and it arriving at the dealership and Roni was super on top of providing me updates all the way through.
When the car arrived at the dealership the process was very smooth, well prepared, and I got to take the car home shortly thereafter.

I had the best experience with Thai! He was so friendly, not pushy at all. Showed us several vehicles and then made the process so easy. Even got me a better rate than my bank was going to give me.
