Caitlin was awesome...not pushy just helpful. She listened to us. Joe and Caitlin both worked hard to make sure we were happy. ... We ended up with the coolest 2025 RAV4 that was beyond our dreams. A lot of places ask for 5 star reviews, all I have learned is places/people that deserve 5 stars don’t ask or mention reviews ever.
Bryant took excellent care of us and gave the actual service I would write a review for. He never mentioned asking for anything at the end of the deal. I made a point to ask if there was anywhere I could say something good about him or that reflected him well. He was pretty sincere, and told us where ever we wanted. But, we didn’t need too. I had a great experience at Tonkin Toyota when purchasing my pre-owned Subaru Crosstrek. Jonathan and Caitlin were very pleasant to work with, and the entire process of car shopping was very relaxed and enjoyable. I also enjoyed working with Dmitry in the finance department as well. Overall, Tonkin is a great dealership and I will recommend them highly to family and friends!
