Randy is very knowledgeable and did his best to restore an Afghan rug and charged a very reasonable price. I wholeheartedly recommend Renaissance Rug. Best place to take your carpets.

I had an alarming mishap with a rug--a cut on the edge of a fine Tibetan rug. I was referred to Renaissance by a trusted rug expert in Eugene, and called, frantic for help. They asked for photos of the damage, affirmed what the damage was, and how they could help. The long and short of it--I showed up in Portland with the rug, and Renaissance actually repaired it while I waited. Amazing service, and a flawless, invisible repair. I was floored by the price--less than I could have imagined. Wonderful people. They showed me around their facility, where they clean fine rugs, and I'm so impressed.
