Red's moved an electrical panel and laid some grounded outlets as part of a garage remodel. There was some miscommunication between me, the estimator, and the electricians about how the outlets would look (i.e., they set more industrial ones suitable for a garage rather than cleaner looking ones for what will be an office). When I contacted Red's about this, they fixed it as soon as possible. Throughout the process, the staff was always friendly, helpful, and absolutely punctual.

Waited a while to review but after ten months I’ve never experienced any issues with their work and at the time of installation they were polite/professional. Had a panel upgrade from 100 to 200 amp that was priced much more competitively than three other companies.

I had Red's upgrade my electrical panel for a heat pump and reroute an old, out-of-code, dishwasher electrical line. The process was great from start to finish!
All of the folks that I interacted with made sure I understood the different steps involved. They were very thorough in their approach and communication—including coordinating with PGE, adjusting around around tree trimming needs, sending a roofer to confirm that the shingles around the new mast had been properly sealed, and submitting/scheduling permits with the City of Portland.
