Paid my bill through their online portal, and they sent another statement the following month and threaten to send me to collections.Follow up: I believe the lady's name was Tia, and she reached out the following business day after the Holiday, to clear up the misunderstanding. She confirmed that my account was in good standings and that payment had been received. I have not seen anymore notices thus far.
The doctor was extremely caring and kind during a procedure I was nervous about. They helped keep me calm and explained everything as it was happening. I'd highly recommend them.
