my furnace suddenly stopped working, and i called pyramid hoping i could get a quick appt...i spoke to debbie, who was real nice, and she got someone to come out the next morning.....mike was the tech and he quickly identified the problem and explained everything...both debbie and mike were the nicest.......it was well worth the charge, i was relieved...thx

I have been very pleased Pyramid Heating & Cooling, who installed my heat pump and new furnace. From the very start, everything went very well and I was so happy with the final installation. They went out of their way to make sure the pipes had minimal visibility. Our Heat Pump and Furnace just had its first annual maintenance and everything went smoothly. I am 86 years old and needed emergency service as my central A/C unit stopped working in a 95 degree holiday. Pyramid was here within 30 minutes of my call and got the compressor running in minutes. Excellent response and excellent service. I’m very happy to recommend them.
