Going to PT 360 was one of the most positive experiences I’ve had since hurting my back earlier this year. I was desperately trying to find a PT that could help me relieve the pain I had even just a bit and then I found PT 360. Erich completely changed my perspective on how to deal with a back injury and even having dealt with a similar experience it was comforting having someone else understand what it’s like dealing with back pain. His manipulation techniques and knowledge of injuries is one of a kind. I am so glad I started going for physical therapy here. In a year's time my life has changed dramatically due to the physical therapist at 360. A year ago I was so miserable and felt there was no hope of getting better today I feel wonderful. Most insurances are taken there. I have OHP and it covers 24 visits a year. The staff is great about booking appointments. I have no issues getting an appointment with only a few days notice. They do have a private parking lot. Give them a try. The only thing that you have to loose is pain.
I had a weightlifting related injury in my shoulder and Erich and Caitlin fixed me right up. Erich was great with providing tons of explanations for everything we were doing and giving me practical advice on my workout routines which was super helpful. Caitlin was really cool too and always provided an unpredictable environment and histrionics in addition to being a badass PT. The only criticism I had was that Caitlin said she was going to watch Halloween and I’m still waiting to hear what she thought… Now halloweens over Caitlin…
