It’s hit or miss if you can get an appointment here within a reasonable time frame. The mychart times for a reply back from your doctor here were upwards of 3 weeks at one point, and I’m still having issues updating my doctors because they don’t view their mychart messages here. What is the point of being told to update your doctor via mychart if they take weeks to see it? Some issues need to be sorted out quickly.
I have never had any trouble getting an appointment at this location. Dr. Chong is my PCP at this office and he is hands down the best Dr I have ever had in my adult life! The staff is always friendly and helpful and the care team is kind and listens well. I don’t love that it’s Providence but I love my Dr! Thanks, Dr. Chong! ?
I am surprised at the other reviews here. I have had the best doctor experiences with Dr. Megan Mudrick and Johnathan Fordyce here. They take their time, they are analytical and thorough, they listen super well, and followup. If I email a question through my chart, I have an answer back incredibly fast. They are great at getting me in to be seen and prompt once I am there. They have worked with me on both chronic things, injuries, and general wellness, including helping me reduce prescription charges and get referrals for tests and surgeries.
