I have never had any trouble getting an appointment at this location. Dr. Chong is my PCP at this office and he is hands down the best Dr I have ever had in my adult life! The staff is always friendly and helpful and the care team is kind and listens well. I don’t love that it’s Providence but I love my Dr! Thanks, Dr. Chong! ?

I am surprised at the other reviews here. I have had the best doctor experiences with Dr. Megan Mudrick and Johnathan Fordyce here. They take their time, they are analytical and thorough, they listen super well, and followup. If I email a question through my chart, I have an answer back incredibly fast. They are great at getting me in to be seen and prompt once I am there. They have worked with me on both chronic things, injuries, and general wellness, including helping me reduce prescription charges and get referrals for tests and surgeries. My husband is a strong smart stubborn old deaf guy. He can be a handful! Dr. McCook has a focussed thorough approah. He acknowledges, listens well, makes a collaborative plan. We both like Dr McCook a lot!
