Providence Outpatient Infusion - Portland Medical Center

I experienced an infusion reaction immediately after discharge. The nurses NEVER took my vitals, patronized me, and recommended I drive myself home. DO NOT GO HERE.

my first visit started off horrible! The front receptionists asked me for my personal information, i.e., full name, address, phone number - all within hearing distance of the lobby that was full of other patients. I felt like my personal information was laid to bare for the entire lobby to hear. And when I expressed my concern about not obtaining this personal information in a private setting, two of the older female receptionists became very aggressive/combative and verbally accosted me in front of the entire lobby!
