We feel so fortunate to have connected with Taylor, owner of Proper Built Trade Co, for an extensive overhaul of our three level residential deck. The project included the tear down and haul away of our old wood deck, the detailed design and ground up construction of a Timber Tech Advanced PVC deck including additions of accent lighting and a dry space, unforeseen dry rot repair and partial residing of our house.

Taylor and his crew did an amazing job. I was quite impressed how early the crew came on the following days and how quickly they were able to build our simple deck. Taylor even worked with our tight budget! We definitely recommend this company.

Taylor with Proper Built Trade Co. and his amazing team (Austin & Zack) did a fantastic job for us! Taylor is very knowledgeable, happy to answer questions, and explain the process. We greatly appreciated his patience when we would ask questions. His team is extremely diligent, arrived early and ready to go every day! Taylor has a wonderful team. They impeccably cleaned up the job site at the end of the day and were ready to roll the next morning.
