We’ve had our fair share of mini disasters with contractors but I’m happy to comment on the ladder.From the start Steve the owner was very responsive. He was the first company I contacted and so I waited to get 3-4 other bids before circling back to Portlandia. He had me come to current job sites to get a look at the shingles in person and answered all of my questions so I decided to give them the business. So glad we did. Steve and his crew installed new gutters and downspouts for me today, and they did SUCH a wonderful job! I am so impressed with the work and equally impressed with the communication and honesty. I HIGHLY recommend Portlandia Roofing, thank you doesn’t even begin to cut it!
