We had flooring done in a few rooms of our house. They have a great showroom, tons of options, and kind, knowledgeable people to help. We are very happy with the end result, beautiful, high-quality flooring in each of the rooms. They made one major error in one of the rooms that took quite some time to resolve. It's chaos getting flooring done, since all your stuff has to move, and that chaos continued for over a month while the error was sorted out. We had issues with communication, many many phone messages and emails where we received no reply. The customer service we received was very good, when we could get it.

My dishwasher recently failed and caused water damage in my kitchen. I was distressed to find out that the flooring has since been discontinued and thus the entire first level of the house, which was continuous hardwood, would need to be replaced. I was sad, dejected and overwhelmed by the prospect of such a large project. I went to Portland Floor after reading positive reviews, and I was not disappointed! Ryan and Zach were just so wonderful in terms of picking out new flooring that would match the style. Zach came out and measured the area among the chaos of the demolition.
