The owner is rude and disorganized. I dropped off a king size down comforter that my mother gave me. He said it would take a week to clean. Over a week passed and I hadn't received a phone call. So, I stopped by the shop and he didn't know which comforter was mine. He said I dropped off a feather bed when in fact I did not. He was pushy, rude and upset that I couldn't understand his broken English. He tried to blame me for everything, when it was his fault for not keeping items organized. I will not be going to this place again.

I brought in a stained upholstery cover with some doubts about what they might be able to do. They didn't make any promises, but it turned out perfect- good as new. Great service. They really over delivered for me.
