I called about a spider in my bedroom (black and distinct) and they came out the very next day. Laura was great and very thorough. I tried to catch it but within seconds, it disappeared. Hard to sleep knowing a creepy crawler was in the room. Thanks Pointe!
I've used Pointe Pest for several years - our technician, Mathew, did an excellent job addressing our sugar ants infestation. He was respectful and patient. I appreciate that he taught us what not to do. We need to let the ants do their thing and they will take the poison back to the nest.
Just got my first treatment done by Landon. He was very professional, courteous, and efficient. He provided me with a ton of information and was very respectful of the home and property. Looking forward to having Landon back for the follow up treatments.
