PMI Bridgetown came on board with us after purchasing the previous property managers entire portfolio. After the acquisition it was brought to their attention the issues we had with the property after a deep freeze last January 2024 which froze the pipes and caused significant damage to the property and on-top of that Portland experienced a back log of plumbers and contractors. PMI immediately stepped in to help manage the situation with excellent communication. They have been very professional and attentive. I feel lucky to have placed my home in the care of PMI Bridgetown. Whatever the future holds with the management of my home I am thankful PMI has been there to date.

I rented out a 1b/1b condo from PMI Pacific Northwest initially, but my lease was handed over to PMI Bridgetown soon. In my 2 years of tenancy with PMI Bridgetown, I had a great experience. Todd is a thorough professional and the communication from his team was always on time. Even HOA notices which the HOA didn't bother to provide to the residents were provided to me by PMI on time. I did have a frustrating experience with the HOA who towed my car from my own parking but at least PMI helped me communicate with the HOA and their own third party management services. I made sure to find a property manager I had confidence in first, before even shopping for a rental. Todd and his team made the venture possible. Things have gone smoothly, and I'm pleased.
