The service is good, but I always feel like I spend more time waiting and then feeling rushed because I have to get back. The worst is that the vets have direct emails but hardly ever respond, and scheduling a call to discuss is nearly impossible.
I have been talking my furry family members to Pearl Animal Hospital since I moved back to the PNW 6 years ago. I have been so grateful for their care. They do a beautiful job of explaining my options, what’s necessary for health & wellness for my furfam & have always been kind, patient, & understanding when we are all anxious. When my kitties of 16 & 17 years of age passed over the rainbow bridge, they helped me find the most compassionate and comfortable goodbye for them and sent a sweet card with a donation in their honor. I truly only have positive thoughts and feelings toward their practice. I’m so grateful I stumbled on the clinic 6 years ago.
I was very concerned about my cat, the staff at Pearl Animal Hospital was able to see her same day. The staff was WONDERFUL they answered all my questions and the Doctor was very informative and explained everything they needed to do very well. The bill ended up to be less than the estimate - this was because there was a test that they did not perform - I found this so REFRESHING and AMAZING - I would not have known if they did the test or not.
