I was using another company and being charged too much. Was being charged monthly, but they only came out quarterly. So why am I paying for the months that nobody comes out to check to see what the problem is or if there’s been any activity. I will recommend Paramount to anyone who’s interested in getting the job done ✅I’m extremely happy with the job that has been done so far of the rat problem we are having to deal with do to the chickens behind our garage. Vicki is awesome and knows what she’s doing. I HATE rats, mice ect. I have extreme faith that they will find a new location sooner than later. Thank you Paramount and especially you Vicki. ?

We had an unknown large wasp nest so I called and scheduled Paramount to come out and locate it and take care of it. I was able to get an appointment for a few days later and the team that arrived was friendly and was able to locate and eradicate the nest and wasps. Paramount also set up a few traps so when they came back again they could confirm the problem was resolved. Great communication and excellent customer service!
