I interviewed here some time ago. The panel was so bad I still remember it. About 10 people were involved. Most of them were not even prepared. A few would ask a couple questions, then sit back and be bored. Upper management mostly just glared at me. If my answer was not what they were looking for, I would get strange looks, then was disregarded.Overall, I felt like over half of the panel was only there because it was required.
