I brought my box truck to get the front brakes and hub looked at. They were brand new but something had gone wrong driving down from Seattle. I thought I might repack the grease to get back to my city but after assessment it was determined that it would be unsafe.
Omar gave me a fair price but because of my situation, I had to defer to staying in Portland overnight and wait for the warranty repairs from the mechanic who installed them. It was a long day and Omar let me stay in his lot while I managed my business on the phone. I cannot say enough positive things about Omar. The entire process, from diagnosis, to recommendation, to execution was a 5 star experience. Omar got my car in same day, provided a diagnosis and recommendation, and then proceeded to complete the work 2 days ahead of schedule. Car is running better than ever, and Omar is clearly an expert in his field. I will be back!
