I needed to replace a shower surround - just the shower surround - so I reached out to multiple bath remodeling companies. The first couple of estimates from other companies came from salesmen with laptops and stacks of papers, insisting that they'd need to replace the entire tub down to the pipes - the old hardware would be tossed. It would be a $10k project, and they always finished with a hard sell.
Then Carlos came out. He quoted me a very reasonable cost for him to replace the shower surround. Told me it would be no problem to keep all of the existing hardware....read full review
No complaints! Carlos & his team did meticulous work and offered great ideas to complete our bath remodel. They're skilled and very easy-going. It was a surprise to discover they're willing & able to do more than strictly bathrooms! We're ecstatic about the improvements and hope to work with them again.
2nd project by NW Tub and Shower was as great as the first. Carlos, Eric, Ricardo and Gloria were wonderful to work with. The bath remodel was completed on time and on budget and we could not be happier. We will use them again and recommend them to others.
