Dr. Chandran is wonderful. He has been my nephrologist since my initial diagnosis, when I was 18. He has wonderful bedside manner, and will really take the time to answer any questions. The receptionist that scheduled my last appointment, however, was less than sweet. She actually said under her breathe "so annoying", as I was getting my insurance information out of my purse, and she had to wait all of twenty seconds. Her tone to say the least was very disrespectful, and she raised her voice to me when I repeated back the wrong appointment time to confirm that I had heard her correctly.
