My heat went out just as the cold weather started. I called Jerry and told him I was working but could be home by 4:oopm that evening. Tony called from Tualatin about 4:15pm, he said he could be out to Beavercreek in about 45 minutes. He arrived right at 5:00. 2 hrs. later the failed part was replaced and we were warm again. The customer service, diligence in finding the problem, and craftsmanship, were better than a 5 star review. The value was unbelievable, I was thinking the cost would be 5 times what it was. I called and spoke to Jerry who scheduled an appointment a week out, which was to be expected during the busy season. Their technician, Tony, showed up right on time. He helped me diagnose a problem with my mini-split heat pump. He was knowledgeable and friendly and got my system going. I thought their prices were quite reasonable as well. Although I never met him in person, Jerry was amazing to work with. I had a "challenging" mini-split install, and wanted to make sure I had done the prep correctly. He was patient, interested, and helpful. Tony , who had to build on my prep work, was completely professional, did great work, and was patient with all my questions.
