Charles was an amazing inspector. He went above and beyond to communicate quickly and clearly, made room in his schedule for us, and helped navigate the process step by step since we'd never done this before. The inspection was thorough, detailed, and immensely helpful. He made that whole aspect as easy and stress-free as it could possibly have been.
