I came in for a dental emergency and was feeling very anxious. Dr. Lam has a calming energy and a wonderful sense of humor, which immediately put me at ease. He is professional, knowledgeable and kind. I knew I was in good hands from start to finish of my appointment. I won't be going anywhere else for my dental care.

Dr. Nappy Lam and his staff are just incredible in the work they do and the kindness they show to their patients (as well as the incredible volunteer work Dr Lam does). I have been going to Dr Lam and I appreciate his willingness to work with me on schedules and payment plans and his caring demeanor.Everyone in the office is great including Shelly (who has moved on but was amazing) and Robin (such an incredible person and hygienist) and Karen, Vicky and Syeera and everyone who has helped.I have been meaning to write this for a long time and if you are looking for a dentist or to recommend a dentist in Portland, OR this is your team for sure. Dr. Nappy Lam is a great and understanding dentist. He is very supportive and explains all of my options to me as I have a rather touchy mouth situation. His assistant, Shelley is amazing also. I am very grateful to have found Dr. Lam. I highly recommend the practice.
