I had a great experience with Sami, the owner's apprentice, whom I booked for a last-minute manicure. Sami did a fantastic job and was very down-to-earth and pleasant to chat with. They were very detail-oriented and checked in with me the day before to discuss what I wanted.While the owner is extremely talented and I love their work, I had an uncomfortable experience with them when they joined midway through my appointment. The nail artist asked for my input at different points, and the owner jumped in and became very frustrated and short with me when I politely gave my opinion about colors and design. I loveee this nail salon. I was treated very nicely from the beginning. The decor is so beautiful and open. The complimentary drink is a nice touch! If you make appointments early enough there is a lot of parking available just be aware you might have to pay for it depending on the day since it’s in downtown. Dyan was such a pleasant person to talk to and get to know. She definitely knows what she’s doing! Love her energy.
