Professionally thorough inspection, no cut corners, no assumptions, and excellent focus. 3. Terrifically clear and convenient outputs, the report is easily navigable and understood and it is highly modular which allows transmission of only the relevant info to the relevant parties (ie. contractors, agents, etc.) so they don't have to search it out and waste time. 4. Trevor was great! He took his time and was very thorough with his inspection. Made me feel like he actually cared for what he was doing. When it came time for his concerns, he explained to me a way that I could comprehend and not lost. Super quick with the written evaluation and pictures to accompany. Would use them for next inspection without a second thought.
