Charged much more than was told on the phone just to put jell on top of my French Manicure that should be automatically done anyway. Not to friendly tried to conversate with her but she never responded And no parking for this place.

I thought it was strange they did not soak my hands like every other salon I have ever been to. I left with the same cracked skin and it looked very bad. I got acrylics done - they were so bulky I had to go somewhere else to get them redone. I don't understand why they didn't do the bare minimum for nail salons. They also charged me extra because I didn't bring my own file! what a joke - who does that? I wasn't even asked to bring my own - not that I would have, but for the price I paid they certainly did not deliver quality. I can't even say they were "mediocre" - the salon itself was dirty, and smelled bad when we entered. I don't recommend this place - it is not located...read full review

Literally one of the worst nail tech experiences ever! I went in with a friend for the first time yesterday to get an old set removed & a fresh set for Pride, while my friend went to her usual girl for a fill she had no problems & her set looked great. But the tech that did my nails literally TORE off my old set with the edge of a nail tip not even soaking my nails to soften them first, & as a result she literally peeled & tore off my natural nail with the old set-one nail almost tore to the nail bed. While she was sizing the tips & doing the acrylic application she kept telling me I had big nails/fingers- rude! The acrylic application itself had bubbles in almost half...read full review
