Andrew refinished our 110+ year old Douglas Fir floors on our newly purchased 1906 home and we were blown away by both the quality of his work, and his communication.
We interviewed 3 different companies for our work and Andrew was by far gave us the best experience. 2 refused to come look at the floors in person, saying they only needed to look at photos.1 said, based on the photos, the floor was too far gone to be refinished and would need to be totally replaced ("I've been doing this for 30+ years and I guarantee you that you can't refinish them"). I’m a realtor so I see a lot of busted up floors. Andrew can save them and repair them so they look almost brand new! When I bought my home, my inspector said I would likely have to replace my hardwoods because there wasn’t enough material to refinish. Think again! Andrew can refinish them at least two more times because he gives extra effort for old floors to do right by them. Highly recommend!
Andrew was quick and sufficient. He was.great with communication. His work was beyond anything I expected. If you need hard wood flooring.done call Andrew. He has the best price in town and does amazing work. I'm so happy with my floors!!!
