I called in with a dental emergency in the morning, they assured me I would be seen and gave me a 2pm appointment. No further information. I show up at 2, by 3 I'm still in the waiting room so I ask why I havent been called back yet only to inform me that I was on a standby appointment simply waiting for a no show. I wish I would have been informed of that when I called in so I didn't sit there in agony for an hour. I also ended up going to a pay out of pocket emergency dental as it was too late to find anywhere that would take my insurance. This is the worst doc office to be some nurse are rude and make you wait for 30 mins or more past your appt time. The Dental office is way worse the front desk is rude always, this Hispanic man at I speak Spanish I can hear when he say shit in Spanish about Patient
I always call to make an appt for a fill for the dentist they never answered or they never want to schedule at all for an appt until in the morning

I have struggled non stop with getting appointments, prescriptions filled and renewed and information being sent to the wrong address. Honestly if you have no other choice to come here, I get it, but after being told that I can't get my prescription renewal without an in-person appointment and given no option but to call 7am daily to see if there are cancellations... I'm kinda done.
