I have used Lance at Metro for several lock issues in my over-100-year-old house, now and am always pleased with his promptness, skill and courtesy. This time he helped with a Schlage lock which was sticking badly, and a security door lock that was "glitching". I will definitely call him in the future.

This is the second time I have used there services, Both times 100% customer satisfaction. Lance is Amazing and knows what the meaning of taking care of the customer means. I wish more business would have this level of pride in the work they provide. Thanks again for such a speedy and affordable job.

Wow, what service! Got locked out of the apartment, called Metro Lock Services, and Lance was there within 15 minutes. Saved the day in every way, and super reasonable rates. Big YAY to Lance and Metro Lock, thank you so much.
