Gene 100% fixed my issue, saved my computer. He is super chill and it was so easy to work with him. My issue was my computer worked fine on every other wifi network, just not on mine at home for some reason. He had to keep doing work on it, and I took it home to see if it then worked with my wifi. I took my computer to MCW twice, to see if it worked at my home after what he did. The second time I took it home, it totally worked! Gene even let me call him for a short call to see what the ping rate was at my house versus it totally working fine on his wifi. Super chill dude. I'm so thankful for his help!

Gene was an absolute professional through and through and a pleasure to work with.I had intended to simply upgrade my old computer to my new one, and showed up at his step with a bag full of parts and my tower, and he took it in, got to work, was VERY quick with email responses, and when he pointed out that my motherboard was too big he gave me my options, either a new MB or new case.... Gene was extremely helpful in helping me diagnose and fix my old laptop. I also asked him to upgrade my RAM.He did an quick repair and upgrade, charged a fair price for services, and gave a reasonable turn around time. Thanks Gene!
