Masterplans helped me put together a difficult business plan to submit to open a coffee shop inside of a hospital. Kelly and Phoebe put together an amazing plan and I won the bid! I couldn't believe the amount of attention and detail that was in the final plan. They are both phenomenal and the work they put into it blew me away. They pulled up statistics that have proved invaluable- statistics that I didn't even know existed! They also helped me through hurdles that needed quick, creative thinking. Thank you, Masterplans! Masterplans was one of the most efficient and effective BP creators I've worked with (and this is coming from a Babson MBA). They took the time to understand everything up front, worked diligently and quickly to deliver what was needed on a tight timeline. Follow ups were always addressed. End result was custom and detailed...certainly not a "template" document style BP. Definitely recommend and would use again myself.
