Our crawl space work was completed yesterday. Fortunately, Tito found that gravity works well enough for the revised under-house drainage system to function so efficiently that we don't need to install a sump pump. That means we don't have to have an electrician pull power to an under-house sump pump.Tito and his team were great. They put down cloth on the floor to protect it with their near hazmat dressed crew lugging out the old visqueen and plastic perforated drainage tubing and bringing in new visqueen, tubing, and bucket loads of gravel. From the start my experience was beyond expectations. . The initial consultation was thorough and I felt like there was time for any question that came up for us. As far as the actual job.
