Lorentz Bruun Construction rocks and here is why: The company has integrity, good workmanship, extremely skilled workers, is reliable, trustworthy, does work on time and within the given budget. The entire process from design, budgeting, bidding, building and picking out material was a smooth process. I deal a lot with construction in my job and I have never experienced a smoother construction process than with LBC. I've worked with LBC for several years now and even during these difficult times they did an amazing job preparing the site for building and follow through until completed. The owners of LBC are men with integrity that care about the future of the PNW. I had an extremely tight budget and They stuck to the bid, even though we encountered some unexpected things on the property that we had no way of knowing at the time of bidding. I actually think that LBC ate some of the expenses to protect my budget. LBC did the job extremely well with great quality workmanship and within timelines. The fact LBC has been in the business since 1946 is evident by their connections in the local industry and are a pillar of the Portland community. There is no better option.
