I highly recommend Kim Albert. She is my CPA (personal and business) and the clients I have referred to her have all been very happy with the service she provides. She is both a CPA and a JD and really knows her stuff. Plus she's very patient and willing to spend time making sure you understand the answers to any questions you ask.
