Dr. Shelby is absolutely wonderful!! She has the kindest presence and is always extremely comforting, even when you don’t do your exercises enough… I’ve been struggling with chronic lower back pain for years and thanks to her, this is the best I’ve felt in a very long time. Highly recommend!
Dr. Shelby Tweto has been an absolute godsend. I came to her with neck, back, and shoulder pain from old injuries. Over our time working together, I’ve not only begun to feel better (less stiff, more mobility, decreased pain), but have also learned a ton about the human spine and nervous system. I’ve been to many chiropractors and Dr. Shelby is the best I’ve worked with yet!
As someone with medical anxiety, I was nervous to start treatment. From the very beginning, Dr. Shelby made me feel safe by addressing my concerns and explaining every step of the treatment process. I look forward to each appointment because in addition to creating a safe space, I have seen incredible improvements in how I feel after starting care at Kelsall.
