Kappes Miller Management

I am a long-term tenant in a condominium building that contracts with Kappes-Miller. Our building switched to Kappes-Miller within the last few years. I have close relationships with multiple building owners and residents, and across the board, we have been very dissatisfied with Kappes-Miller. Compared to our previous management company, they are extremely unresponsive to contact from both residents and owners — for even the simplest of questions and needs. I cannot recommend this property management company at this time. I will be pushing for us to move on from this company as soon as we can.

Our KM manager Katrina Tanjuakio is one of a kind. She has been so positive, helpful, and going above & beyond to ensure our community is safe, secure, not over budget or under financial risks, has great recommendations, and responsive (quickly I might add). She also understands and addresses any concerns from homeowners in the community. Highest kudos
